Opening Princess Pita Midtown
For the April 24, 2026 opening at 2603 N Central Ave in Phoenix, we reached out to Phoenix food creators and built an invite list for opening day. The ribbon cutting, food and coffee were filmed on site and posted as a collaboration between @princesspita.az and @medjoolcafe. The opening reel drew 17,139 organic views, and both accounts kept posting several times a week through the summer.
